What OpenBuilder helps you do
OpenBuilder brings practical venture work, learning and people into one place. You can explore a customer problem, work through a Lab, use a planning tool, find learning for a decision, and look for appropriate support.
Start with the decision in front of you. You do not need to finish the whole platform, take every course or have a fully formed business before beginning.
This manual explains the controls, choices and limits you will meet. It does not replace real customer conversations, professional advice or your own judgement.

Move between these areas as your work changes. A useful sequence might be a customer interview, a short lesson, one saved finding and a focused question for a mentor.
Who this manual is for
Founders can begin with a problem, an idea or an operating venture. Mentors and helpers can learn how to contribute without taking ownership of a founder’s decisions. Programme participants can use the same core guides alongside the requirements shown by their programme.
Organisations can explore the platform and contact the team about their needs. Reading these guides does not grant programme-manager or administrator access.
Find your people

- Give Help / I can help is the mentor signup.
These are different entry points. Creating a mentor account does not itself approve a mentor or assign a founder.
Make one useful move
Choose an uncertainty, do a small piece of work, record what you observed and decide what to try next. The founder portal helps organise this sequence. A completed worksheet is a record of your thinking; real-world evidence comes from what you actually did and observed.
