Connect: find the right people
Choose a peer, mentor, circle or support conversation around the decision you need to make.
Connect helps you find people who can make your next step clearer. Start with the kind of conversation you need, then choose a place to have it.
Choose the right kind of help
| Your need | Where to start |
|---|---|
| A peer with a similar challenge | Founder directory |
| A question or useful offer for the community | Ask or offer help |
| Guidance from an experienced operator | Mentors |
| Feedback on selected venture evidence | Requesting help |
| A small group to keep a weekly commitment | Founder circles |
| Local activity or a planned conversation | Chapters and events |
You can explore several community pages without signing in. Posting, requesting a mentor conversation and joining a circle require an account.
Make a useful first connection
- Write the decision you are trying to make in one sentence.
- Add what you have already tried or learned. Use a short, relevant example.
- Choose one person or group whose experience fits the question.
- Ask for a specific kind of help, such as feedback on an interview question or a second view on a customer segment.
- Agree one next action if a conversation takes place.
Keep sharing intentional
The community board is a shared conversation. Your public founder profile appears in the directory only when you choose public visibility in Settings. A support brief has a separate preview and consent step for the excerpt you share.
Avoid putting customer names, contact details or confidential business material in a public post. Request private guidance when the question needs selected evidence.
If you are joining to help
Use I can help to create a mentor account and continue to the existing application. Use I need help for the founder pathway. These lead to different next steps.
A connection request or application starts a conversation; it does not guarantee a match, reply or appointment. Choose one useful connection before exploring every community feature.
