Use the correct founder or mentor entry and recover access to your existing account.
Use the same account whenever you return so that saved work and requests remain connected to you.
Choose the right starting point
Get Help and I need help open the existing founder signup. Give Help and I can help open the existing mentor signup.
A mentor account is the start of an application pathway, not automatic approval. You do not need a duplicate account just to explore another way of contributing.
Create an account
- Open the appropriate signup link and enter your email.
- Choose Continue with email.
- Add your full name, a password and the matching confirmation. Passwords must be between 8 and 72 characters.
- Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then submit.
- Follow the result shown. If confirmation is required, open the link in your email before continuing.
Continue with Google is also offered. Use the same Google account on return visits if that is how you joined.
Sign in to existing work
Open Sign in, enter your existing email and password, and select Sign In. When a protected page sends you to sign-in, OpenBuilder retains a return destination so you can continue after authentication.
Reset a forgotten password
Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in form, enter your email and select Send reset link. Check your inbox and spam folder. Open the most recent reset email, choose a new password and repeat it in the confirmation field.
A reset request message does not reveal whether an account exists for that address. If a link has expired, request a new one. If you cannot reach your account, contact support; the page includes a phone contact that does not require an in-app submission. Never send anyone your password or reset link.
