Save evidence and decide what comes next
Record observations, distinguish practice from real work and carry selected evidence into your next decision.
Venture evidence is information you can use to make a decision: what you observed, how you learned it and what it changes. A plan, an AI suggestion and a real customer response should remain distinguishable.
Record a real observation
- Open your Founder workspace, choose Set up my next move if this is your first visit, and save your venture context.
- Choose one next move, the observation you expect and a date.
- Carry out the action outside the app.
- Open Evidence and record what happened. Describe the observation and, if known, the decision it changes.
- Save the observation. Continue, finish or pause the current action; you do not need to invent another task.
A result that contradicts the idea is still useful. Do not turn a planned interview or a simulated response into a claim that a real customer was interviewed.
After a successful save, the workspace confirms it and shows your next action. Your saved evidence starts with up to three recent records. Filter by category or expand the loaded records to revisit more work. Use the venture record download for the complete saved history.
Bring in earlier work
Open Evidence, then Bring in earlier work. Review device artifacts, saved Lab work or submitted coursework before importing an excerpt.
- Choose a saved source. Use Show my device evidence for eligible local course outputs.
- Review the excerpt. Remove customer names or personal details that are unnecessary.
- Choose whether it represents Real work · founder reported or Practice or simulation.
- For a device source, explicitly allow that selected excerpt to upload to your private account.
- Choose support-sharing consent only if you want authorised support staff to read the snapshot, then select Save selected evidence.
Plan a larger experiment
Open My work and use Run a small experiment. Define the hypothesis, predicted signal, decision threshold, method, dates and time or cost cap before testing. Record the observation and decision afterward; explicitly save to the chosen Lab.
Keep the record useful
Include a date, source or method, and limitations. Download backups where offered. Your course evidence library is device-only until you explicitly carry a selected excerpt into your account. Read Saving your work for the full distinction.
